Terrible execution, but decent customer service


I ordered a perishable gift for my Dad for Fathers Day. I ordered it well ahead of time and selected the delivery date for the Saturday before Fathers Day. They shipped it Friday with overnight delivery for Saturday. FedEx did not deliver until Monday and delivered to the wrong address, which isn't really this company's fault. A neighbor brought it to my dad on Tuesday. As a result, the gift was ruined (melted, etc).

I contacted Gifts.com via email. They have refunded the purchase price and delivery fees. I'm not happy that my Dad didn't get his gift on time, but FedEx is at fault and I'm happy with Gifts.com customer service to resolve the issue.
